MUSIC

Music is sound that has been organised by using rhythm, melody and harmony. We through singing and dancing teach our JHSians to express their feelings and ideas. Singing is one of the first experience JHSian have as creative and self expressive beings. While singing, JHSians also develop listening and co-operative skills.

SCIENCE LAB

The school Science Laboratory is well equipped with all the apparatus and instruments. The school encourages both the primary and secondary students to do the experiment in the lab. Science Lab is updated time to time, according to the requirement of students.

MATHEMATICS LAB

In Maths lab, students work together with other students in the same course. In Maths lab, teacher help with one or two homework problems at a time, or with key examples from the text.

SOCIAL SCIENCE LAB

The social sciences are academic disciplines concerned with the study of the social life of human groups and individuals including anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, psychology, social studies, and sociology.

ART & CRAFT

Art and Craft describes a wide variety of activities involving making things with one's own hands and imaginations. Art and Craft is usually a hobby, which all age groups enjoy. Here, JHSians learn all the skills such as soft toys making, glass painting, waste material re-use, card making with all sorts of materials. The skills of all the JHSians are highly appreciated by the visitors and guests. Their work contribution is appreciated for each and every event at JHS.

SPORTS

The school firmly believes in the maxim: "A SOUND MIND DWELLS IN A SOUND BODY". The School has a big play ground and provides ample opportunities for students to participate in various games and sports under the guidance of experienced Physical Education teachers. We also believe that play enhances every aspect of child's development and learning. Apart from academics, we have sports that fulfills the prime objective of enhancing student's creativity, confidence and other skills. Apart from the outdoor activities , we have indoor activities like Yoga-Balance between mind and body, chess, carom, table tennis etc to enhance the level of success by choosing their path on their own as per their interest and potential. Thus we strongly propound a vigorous sports programme at the School.

COMPUTER LABORATORIES

The campus has two computer laboratories (Junior and Senior lab) accessible to students during advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software to cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. Senior laboratories cater to students learning PYTHON, database software. Another is dedicated to Junior lab where, MS Office HTML and DHTML is taught.

SPECIAL EDUCATION

Our school motive is "Take a set towards Inclusion" as, every child has a different learning style and pace. Each child is unique . Hence, school has special education facility, to develop each child's learning skills. It also includes behavior problem Therapy, psychological assessment, IEP(Individualised Education Programme) and Sensory Integration Therapy.

LIBRARY

To develop reading ability and interest and to inculcate love and pleasure of reading among the students, the school has a library of more than 3000 English and Hindi fictions, over 2500 books covering all main subjects from class Ist to XIIth to support all the students in their daily learning. Library has subscribed with 18 Journals and magazines suitable for different age group students. To promote maximum use of library facilities, library period is allotted to all classes. New books from reputed authors are being added every year, efforts are being made to bring the library digital.

FIRST AID & MEDICAL FACILITIES

Our school ensures immediate first aid in case of emergency. There is a regular health check up by qualified Doctors. We also have a trained nurse during school hours to attend to the primary health issues of students.
